Characteristics Proprietary products or services that offer distinct competitive advantages that address large and growing markets. A competitive advantage should be quantifiable and with meaningful barriers to competitive entry
Stage Seed and Early Stage.
Investment Size The fund’s investment level ranges from $250,000 to an aggregate of $1 million.
Management Founders with relevant industry and/or technical experience solely focused on the opportunity. In addition, entrepreneurs should share the fund’s objective of rapid growth over five years leading to a sale of the company.
Geography Investments will be Wisconsin based businesses with preference given to companies located in North East Wisconsin.
